There are several insurance companies that provide insurance for tiny homes. We recommend MAC insurance.

Are these tiny homes energy efficient?
Yes! Our tiny homes are built to be extremely energy efficient.

How much do the utilities typically run?
Utilities costs tend to be considerably less than a conventional home. Variables such as types of equipment installed, location, and usage will affect rates.

What choices do I have in the design?
Tiny Homes by Cornerstone is a semi-custom builder. The floor plan remains the same for our builds, however the paint colors, cabinetry, floor covers, siding types, and siding colors can be customized.

How long does it normally take for my house to be built once I place the order?
Production times vary depending on orders scheduled. Tiny houses can be completed in as quick as 8-12 weeks. You will be advised of an estimated time frame when placing your order.

How far will you deliver a home?
Tiny Homes by Cornerstone based in Chesapeake, Ohio. We can deliver our tiny homes anywhere in the continental United States, from Maine to Florida, from California to Texas, and all points in between.
